All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur.
If an item you ordered is unavailable at the time of purchase:

We will fulfill the available items in your order.

We will contact you regarding the out-of-stock item.

You may choose to wait for restocking or proceed with the available products.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
Domestic Transit Time (UAE)
Domestic shipments within the UAE are generally delivered within 2–5 business days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Items Out of Stock
If one or more items in your order are temporarily unavailable:

We will wait until the item becomes available before dispatching the full order.

Available items will be reserved while awaiting restock.
4. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s tracking system.
5. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
Applicable UAE sales tax (VAT) is already included in the product prices displayed on our website.
Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary depending on local customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay applicable duties and taxes:

The shipment will be returned to Roko Gold at the customer’s expense.

A refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.
Lost Parcels in Transit
If a parcel is deemed lost after a courier investigation:

We will issue a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the shipment as lost.
